The  ESSE festival for performing arts will take place in Seurasaari,  Helsinki on 30.7.2022. The festival brings together artists and art  lovers in a unique way where performing arts meet with nature and the  museum environment harmoniously.

The  festival audience will see performances around Seurasaari. The  programme starts with performances for the whole family and continues  with more interdisciplinary performances for the adult audience.

The programme of the festival includes the capturing contemporary circus  performance Indigo, the pioneer of live looping and musician Miro  Mantere, body musician Venla Sandgren and the afrobeat orchestra  Frankosun & The Family and many other masters of the performing  arts.

Tickets  25 / 10 €. Under 7 years old enter for free. Tickets entitle entry to  all shows in the festival and to the Seurasaari Open-Air Museum on the  event day. The performances at the Festivities area are free. 

The ESSE festival for performing arts is produced by Agit-Cirk and made in collaboration with Seurasaari Open-Air Museum.

The internationally touring street circus show Motosikai pushes through absurd scenes of skill, action and laughter with unstoppable energy. The three acrobats soar through the sky like superheroes, while you pray for their safe landing.
